There are several problems and benefits of Filipinos who migrate to other countries but obviously the benefit of migrating to other countries rules out the problems of migrating to other countries which leads to a large amount of people leaving the Philippines.

Some problems of Filipino migration include:
○Discrimination.
○Possibly unreasonable and/or abrupt death.
○Vulnerability against law of country they reside in.
○Kidnapping.
○Physical/sexual abuse by employers.

Some benefits of Filipino migration include:
○Bigger income (Approximately two to five times the income compared to job in the Philippines). This is the main reason why so many Filipinos leave the Philippines and go to a different country in search of a higher pay cheque.
○Provide national income (remittances).
○Possibly better living condition for the family in Philippines.
○Find work in different countries because the Philippines has a lack of jobs.
